Triple Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Mix
A delicious combination of whole grains and a blend of 3 kinds of chocolate chips: semi-sweet; dark; and just a hint of milk chocolate. A satisfying treat that is full of flavor and not too sweet. Our "signature" cookie mix.

Ingredients
100% whole rolled oats, natural raw sugar, chocolate chips, (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milk, soy, lecithin, vanilla, salt) whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt. Contains wheat, soy, and milk products.

Triple Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie Mix
Directions
All you need is: one stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened, or butter substitute of your choice; 1 large egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ; parchment paper recommended for cookie sheets.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease lightly.
CREAM butter in mixing bowl, add sugar packet and cream thoroughly.
STIR in egg and vanilla; mix until well combined
ADD flour-oat mix packet to butter mixture and gently combine.
FOLD in chocolate chip packet.
FORM dough into smooth, rounded tablespoons and place on prepared cookie sheet; flatten each cookie to about ½ inch thick.
BAKE for 9 – 14 minutes, or until light, golden brown and still soft on top. Do not over bake – they will set as they cool. Let stand on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
COOL on wire rack. Store in an airtight container for 1-2 days, or wrap well and freeze for future enjoyment.
Makes 18-24 cookies.
Variations
Add any of the following to your taste: chopped nuts; coconut; raisins; sunflower seeds; cinnamon; try a sugar substitute in place of all or some of the sugar. Cookies may be made larger or smaller as you prefer.
Rich & Chewy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
A brownie-like cookie, with dark chocolate chunks, that is as great-tasting as it sounds, yet lower in fat. This recipe is dairy-free and egg-free. A great choice for any chocolate lover.

Natural raw sugar, unbleached flour, non-dairy dark chocolate chips (chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, soy, lecithin, vanilla extract) natural cocoa, organic golden flax meal, baking soda, salt. Contains wheat and soy products.

Rich & Chewy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Directions
All you need is: _6_tablespoons (3/8 cup) canola oil; ¼ cup plain soymilk; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; parchment paper recommended for cookie sheets.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or leave ungreased.
COMBINE flax meal with soy milk in blender or with a whisk. (note: soy milk works best at room temp. or warmed briefly in microwave) Mix thoroughly and set aside for 5-10 minutes to allow the mixture to thicken.
BLEND canola oil and sugar thoroughly in mixing bowl.
STIR in thickened flax mixture; add vanilla and mix well.
ADD flour mix packet, 1/3 at a time, to wet mixture; stir until all dry ingredients are incorporated.
STIR in contents of chocolate chip packet.
FORM dough into 1.5 inch balls and place on cookie sheets; flatten each cookie slightly.
BAKE for 8 – 11 minutes or until set on the edges and still soft on top. Do not over bake – cookies will set as they cool. Let stand on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
COOL on wire rack. Store in an airtight container for 1-2 days, or wrap well and freeze.
Makes 16-22 cookies.
Variations
add chopped nuts; use a sugar substitute for all or part of the sugar packet; replace soy milk with rice milk. Cookies may be made larger or smaller as you prefer.
